Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Zencozyflame website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Zencozyflame provides professional photography services including but not limited to:

Event photography
Portrait sessions
ID and passport photography
Business and branding photography
Product photography

All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

To book a photography session:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session date will receive a full refund
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session date may forfeit the deposit
Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your session at no additional charge
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances

Photography Rights and Usage

Photographs taken during sessions:

Remain the property of the client for personal use
May be used by Zencozyflame for portfolio and marketing purposes with explicit written consent
Cannot be used for commercial purposes by the client without additional licensing agreement
Are delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
Providing accurate information about session requirements
Obtaining necessary permissions for photography at event locations
Ensuring all participants have consented to being photographed
Providing a safe and appropriate environment for photography sessions

Limitation of Liability

Zencozyflame shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or images due to technical failures beyond our control
Injuries or accidents that occur during sessions
Failure to capture specific moments or images

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific photography service.

Image Delivery

Standard delivery times:

Portrait sessions: 5-7 business days
Event photography: 7-10 business days
ID photos: Same day or next day
Rush editing available for additional fee

Images are delivered via online gallery and digital download. Physical prints are available upon request for additional fees.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
Transmit any viruses or malicious code
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
Use automated systems to access the website without permission

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zencozyflame and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
